Coming of a background of a lifetime in business and real state administration and developing overseas, Mark and Patricia felt in love with Coral Gables and started the company "4H Developer" in 2018 looking to diversify the family investments in real state.

They discovered the opportunity to provide brand new luxury homes in the very traditional and beautiful city of Coral Gables, that didn't appear to have many brand new homes, with already one well succeeded finished house and many more upcoming projects, all of them in the City Beautiful, they are building a great portfolio with the help of the best in the business in florida.
